Update from 27 April 2019

1. The program we were using to build and update our website would no longer work.  We have a new program and will be working the bugs out of the system over the next several months.  If you run into problems with the site please let us know by filling out a question form or sending an email to the address on the contact page.

2.  We are in the process of updating the base lists.  This takes months as the bases must each be contacted and information updated one at a time.  Since we have no budget this is done as my personal funds can afford.  The list will continue to change through July or August while we are working on this.  A lot of bases are rumored to be closing or closing but I must contact them individually to confirm changes.
